A completely natural antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal product – excellent to use during the soaking process when sprouting seeds, legumes or beans for parrots, finches or other soft-bills. A few drops of GSE in the soaking water helps eliminate the growth of any bacteria or fungus which may be present.
New to Sprouting?
If you’re new to sprouting for your flock, using GSE (and growing a high quality sprouting blend like ours) will give you peace of mind. You’ll feel confident knowing your sprouts will grow, free of bacteria and fungus. And you parrots will enjoy them.
A Little Goes a Long Way
The antimicrobial properties of GSE occur at very low concentrations. For germinating seeds during the soaking process we suggest using approximately 9 drops of GSE to 1 liter (32 oz., one quart) of water.
Effective and Safe
Research has shown that it is effective against approximately 800 bacteria and virus strains, 100 strains of fungus, and a large number of single cell parasites.
GSE has been effectively used as a nontoxic cleaning solution around the home, and can also be used for cleaning animal enclosures and cages. It is very effective in treating mildew.
For External Use Only
We do not use or recommend the liquid GSE for any type of internal use for anyone – dog, cat, bird, horse or people.
